Mesa Boogie 2x12 Boogie Open Back Cabinet - Black Bronco / Black Grille

Strap in and prepare for liftoff. The Mesa Boogie® 2x12 Open Back Cabinet is a sonic starship—a classic horizontal 2x12 engineered to deliver massive, three-dimensional tone with celestial clarity. Whether you’re piloting vintage cleans, bluesy nebulae, or ripping through near-metal galaxies, this cab projects wide, open sound that fills the room like a supernova. Its open-back design lets your tone breathe, creating shimmering cleans and rich harmonic spread, while the low end remains surprisingly tight and powerful for a non-sealed cabinet. The result? A cab that feels alive—responsive, expansive, and endlessly musical. If there’s a throne among 2x12 cabinets, this one rules the cosmos. Crafted from marine-grade Baltic birch plywood and loaded with UK-made Celestion speakers custom-voiced for Mesa/Boogie, this cabinet is built for interstellar durability and legendary performance. Designed with portability in mind and finished with Mesa’s vintage-inspired construction, it’s ready for any mission—from studio sessions to galactic tours.
