Mandatory Independent Concierge Disclosure

Jockey Ventures is an independent on-demand courier concierge and technology platform. Orders placed on delivery.jockeyvc.com are purchased by independent couriers at physical retail stores at published shelf prices on behalf of the customer. Delivery is guaranteed within 0–4 hours for orders accepted while the stocking store is open. Closed-store orders use the next opening-day 10 AM–12 PM window, with the date shown at checkout. Third-party trademarks, brand names, and store logos are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement, authorization, or sponsorship.

Jockey Ventures (operating as Jockey VC / Jockey Delivery, 'delivery.jockeyvc.com' / 'jockeyvc.com') is an independent retail technology and on-demand personal courier platform. We act solely as an independent concierge agent for the customer to procure in-stock physical retail items directly from local retail merchant stores at published shelf prices. Unless explicitly designated as an Authorized Partner, all product trademarks, registered brand names, and merchant names belong exclusively to their respective trademark holders and are utilized for nominative identification of local inventory.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and Jockey Ventures (doing business as Jockey Delivery, "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://delivery.jockeyvc.com and our on-demand retail concierge fulfillment network.

By accessing our website, browsing retail inventory, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Service: Concierge Agency Authorization

Jockey VC provides an on-demand physical retail inventory delivery platform connecting customers directly to live store shelves.

1. Customer Appointment of Agent: When you submit an order on https://delivery.jockeyvc.com, you explicitly designate and authorize Jockey VC and the independent courier engaged for your order (Independent local courier partners) as your personal shopping agent and courier.
2. In-Store Purchase on Customer Behalf: As your authorized agent, your courier visits the local brick-and-mortar retail store, retrieves the specified merchandise from physical shelves, presents the items at the merchant's register, and completes the purchase at published shelf prices on your behalf.
3. Transfer of Title: Title to the purchased goods transfers to you at the physical point of sale in the retailer's store. Jockey VC does not manufacture, wholesale, or store inventory in centralized warehouses.

3. Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use Notice

We believe in complete transparency regarding brand relationships:

• Nominative Identification: Product names, brand trademarks, logos, and retailer names appearing on https://delivery.jockeyvc.com are used solely for nominative identification of genuine physical items available on local store shelves.
• No Implied Sponsorship: Unless explicitly noted with an "Authorized Partner" badge, Jockey VC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party retailers or brand owners.
• All Rights Reserved: All trademarks and brand names remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective holders.

4. Transparent Pricing & Fee Structure

We strictly enforce 1:1 price parity and transparent fee structures:

• 1:1 Shelf Price Parity: The item price displayed on https://delivery.jockeyvc.com reflects the published retail shelf price at the local merchant store without arbitrary markups.
• Flat Courier Fee: A uniform delivery charge of $9.99 USD applies per delivery order for same-day on-demand courier fulfillment.
• Applicable Sales Taxes: State and local retail sales taxes are calculated based on the retail store location and delivery jurisdiction.
• Exact Total Before You Pay: The checkout page displays the complete itemized total before you pay. The final charge will never exceed the checkout total shown to you.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All orders are backed by our published 30-Day Return & Refund Policy:

• Return eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery for a 100% full refund with $0 restocking fees.
• Returns are completed free of charge with a prepaid mail-in return label. Physical retail stores cannot process returns for Jockey Delivery orders — prepaid mail-in is our dedicated return route.
• If an item is out of stock on the shelf, damaged, or incorrect, you receive an immediate 100% full refund.

6. Warranties, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Manufacturer Warranties: Any warranties provided by the original product manufacturer or retailer pass through directly to you with the physical purchase receipt.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jockey Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America.
