  • Order & Contact Information: Name, delivery street address, email address, and phone number (used for delivery coordination and status notifications).
  • Payment Details: Tokenized payment credentials processed securely via certified payment partners (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe). Raw card numbers never touch or reside on our servers.
  • Device & Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session timestamps for platform security, fraud prevention, and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process customer personal information strictly for operational and customer service purposes:

  1. Order Fulfillment & Courier Dispatch: Transmitting delivery addresses and delivery instructions to authorized courier drivers (Independent local courier partners) to complete doorstep delivery.
  2. Customer Communication: Sending order confirmations, delivery notifications, and passing your delivery instructions to the assigned courier.
  3. Customer Support & Returns: Resolving order inquiries, processing return requests, and issuing refunds under our 30-Day Return Policy.
  4. Security & Compliance: Verifying transaction authenticity, preventing fraudulent charges, and maintaining Google Merchant Center compliance invariants.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with essential service providers who adhere to strict data security standards:

  • Logistics Partners: Assigned courier drivers receive only the necessary recipient name, delivery address, and delivery notes for active deliveries.
  • Payment Processors: PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors securely process payment authorizations and refunds.
  • Legal Authorities: Disclosed only if strictly required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
We Do Not Sell Your Data: Under no circumstances does Jockey Ventures sell, lease, or monetize customer personal data or browsing behavior to third-party data brokers or marketing networks.

4. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA, State & Federal Laws)

Depending on your state of residence, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from operational or promotional email updates at any time.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors reach and move through this site. It sets cookies in your browser and reports your page views, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device type.

Four things about how we have configured it, because the defaults are not what we want:

  • Advertising signals are switched off. We have disabled Google Signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used to build advertising audiences.
  • Order identifiers are stripped. Your order confirmation page carries a payment reference in its address. We remove that before anything is reported, so it never reaches Google.
  • Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honoured. If your browser sends either signal we do not measure you at all, and you need do nothing.
  • You can opt out below, which also deletes the analytics cookies already on this device.
