FIZZROCKET

You can do all sorts of things with bicarbonate of soda (baking powder) and vinegar. For example, clean a toilet (boring!), blow up a balloon (less boring!) or launch a rocket (let's hear more about that!). How Can I Launch a Rocket with Baking Soda and Vinegar? The Liquifly Fizz Rocket Kit makes rocket launching simple with the addition of the aforementioned bicarb and vinegar which you can usually find lurking in a kitchen cupboard! The kit even includes a measuring scoop so you can precisely measure the amounts of each ingredient for maximum fizz! It's quick and easy to assemble (just three parts) and can be used over and over to launch the rocket up to five meters in the air! The rocket uses the power of neutralization! When you mix a base (bicarb) with an acid (vinegar) the two substances react to neutralize each other. In the process a weak acid (carbonic acid) and a harmless salt (sodium acetate) are briefly created and immediately break down into neutr Dimensions (of rocket): 8.5 (H) x 5.5 (W) cms Includes: rocket, double scoop and rocket stand Requires Bicarb of Soda and vinegar (not included) Adult supervision for children under 14 years Choking hazard: small parts, not intended as a toy for young children Do not use indoors.
