Birth Stat Sign | Scalloped Edge

Our wood birth stat plaques make a very special baby shower gift for mom and dad to be! These signs can be used to quickly and easily take a photo of your newborn baby in the hospital documenting their birth day. Once you've shared the baby announcement with your friends and family you can save the engraved wood disc in your baby book or use as nursery decor.

Availability verified during our latest store check. If the item isn't on the shelf when our courier arrives, the order is cancelled and you are refunded in full.
