The Walgreens Gel Shoulder Support offers Hot or Cold relief for sore shoulders. Cold Therapy can help reduce inflammation and Hot relaxes the muscles in the shoulder area. The Walgreens Gel Shoulder Support maintains flexibility & form when hot or cold. Made in China Freezing Instructions: With shoulder support inside supplied bag, place support in freezer. For maximum performance, store support in freezer for at least 2 hours. If support causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. Heating Instructions: Remove shoulder support from supplied bag. With the support at room temperature, place support in center of microwave. Microwave for 15 seconds and test support temperature for comfort. If the support is not warm enough, reheat for additional 10 seconds. DO NOT heat for more than 45 seconds. The support should be warm, not hot. If support is too hot for comfort, allow it to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached. Heat Therapy for sore muscles and stiff joints. Cold Therapy for inflammation and swelling.
