A rich, bittersweet syrup crafted by slowly kettle cooking unrefined golden cane sugar until deeply caramelized, dark and aromatic. Taking the sugar beyond traditional caramelization creates a complex flavor with notes of sour cherry, caramel, brittle and toasted sugar. Perfect for adding depth and bittersweet complexity to cocktails, especially those made with aged spirits. It also pairs beautifully with tropical and sour drinks or can be used to elevate iced coffee, drizzle over ice cream or substitute for molasses in recipes.
